Back in 1997, Leko co-founded a Zagreb, Croatia-based art organization Otvoreni likovni pogon - OLP, which she has been programming since 2007. The organization works in the field of socially engaged art, with a focus on participation, community building, public and communal space and art. OLP works mostly outside of Zagreb in smaller towns such as Šibenik, Knin, Drniš, Mala Subotica, among others, trying to stimulate tangible changes in those communities.

Recently, Leko has been responsible for the following curatorial/artistic projects in the OLP organization:

Democratization of the Culture of Memory – ongoing since 2018, workshops and interventions in public space in the town of Knin which won Central East European Prize for Social Innovation SozialMarie in 2022. 

Artistic Glossary for Public Space – ongoing since 2017, a series of interventions in public space aimed at facilitating projects by young artists in Croatia outside the capital Zagreb

Lume cara âj âm njenčim - The World Stands Before Me - ongoing since 2021, film workshops with Roma school children in a village in northern Croatia in cooperation with the Roma youth organization ROM.HR and their activists. 

In 2022 Leko co-founded the Croatian platform of the international network Les Nouveaux Commanditaires.
